Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan top the wedding wishlist in North and South respectively

Mumbai: According to a recent survey, Salman Khan is the top B-Town celebrity whom Indian couples in North want to attend or perform in their wedding while Shah Rukh Khan has topped the list in the South. Though SRK is a Dilli ka munda it is Salman who seems to be a fave among Dilliwallahs. Though SRK has gained popularity at international glitzy weddings of 2013 in Dubai, the Dilliwallahs seem to be more smitten by the Dabangg Khan.
 The survey carried out by the Taj Wedding Barometer reveals that Salman has emerged on top in the North with 30 per cent of the votes in his favour. He is followed by superstar Amitabh Bachchan who came in second with 18 per cent while SRK’s popularity among Delhiites has not been rated high and stands at 10 per cent. However, the Chennai Express star led the survey in the South, garnering 25 per cent of the votes. This is perhaps, thanks to the South connect he has been able to get with his upcoming Rohit Shetty film, what with him doing all naach gaana South style (not to mention the Lungi Dance). He was followed by Hrithik Roshan with 13 per cent and Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan at nine per cent. Salman did not feature on this list.
